Alpine Cloud Studio operates at 8 River Road, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This policy describes personal data handling under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).

We collect names, contact details, measurement notes, and commission preferences when you book fittings or submit enquiries. Data is used to provide tailoring services, schedule appointments, and maintain order records. We do not sell personal data.

Access to client files is limited to studio staff involved in your garment. Records are kept for up to seven years for tax and warranty purposes unless you request earlier deletion where law allows.

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent by emailing [email protected]. We respond within twenty-one days. Complaints may be referred to the Department of Personal Data Protection (JPDP) in Malaysia.
