Terms of service

These terms apply to tailoring services from Alpine Cloud Studio, 8 River Road, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Quotes are valid for thirty days and based on measurements and fabric choices confirmed at fitting. Deposits are non-refundable once fabric is cut but may transfer to a rescheduled commission within six months.

Clients must disclose fabric allergies and care constraints. We are not liable for shrinkage when care labels are disregarded or when client-supplied cloth behaves unexpectedly despite reasonable testing.

Pickup is expected within thirty days of completion notice. Uncollected garments may incur storage fees after sixty days. Alteration warranties cover workmanship for ninety days, not wear damage.
